Adam’s Experience
Adam Shandrow currently serves as
the Chief Operating Officer of Asana Recovery, a network of behavioral health treatment centers in Southern California. In this role, he oversees a wide range of departments, including clinical operations, human resources, compliance, admissions, and revenue cycle management. Under Adam’s leadership, the company has achieved several significant milestones, including streamlining operations, enhancing client retention, improving revenue collection efficiency, and launching virtual telehealth programming.

Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate degree in Aviation Management from Daniel Webster College. He also holds an FAA Private Pilot’s License, a testament to his lifelong commitment to learning, discipline, and precision.
